Chapter II


“Yea! Yo what up?”

“Nothing”

The class when on and I can’t believe my nerves got the best of me. I don’t know why I was nervous.

“Hey D’Kwon you are going to the pool hall tonite with me or what?”

“Maybe! I don’t know my moms can be trippin sometime about that.”

“Aight dawg holla at me before the end of the day.”

I have been Jordan’s pool partner was a while now since his old partner left he hanging in a middle of an important match. Tonite was our chance at the championship and I wasn’t going to let him down.

“Yo! De’Marcus can you cover for me.”

“Yea! I will tell your moms that we are chilling and my moms needed some help around the house so she asked you to still.”

“Cool!” and I give him some dap.

Now the only thing that I needed is some gears and I guess I am going to have to borrow some from Jordan. Lunch followed shortly after class and we are having any OK lunch. We got our trays and take our usual table. I sat down next to Taishaun, in front of De’Marcus, and across from Jordan. We were eating lunch and all of a sudden I heard someone.

“Hey baby” Jordan’s girlfriend, Kelly said.

“Hey Kelly”

“I missed you baby”

“I missed you too”

“Ewwww!” I said in my mind.

She is a nasty looking girl in my opinion with a rude attitude. She carries herself like she is better than everybody. Homegirl makes me sick to my stomach and I can’t stand her. She can’t stand me also so I don’t care too much for him. If it was not for Jordan I would not be nice to her.

“Hey De’Marcus and Taishaun”

“What’s up?”

“Hi D’Kwon” she mumbled under her breath.

“Baby are we going to the movies tonite”

“Aww baby I got plans with D’Kwon tonite.”

“You know it is the championship match”

She had a frown on her face and that make a smile on mines.

“Bye!” and she stormed off.

“Baby! Baby! Baby!”

“Bitch” she mumbled again as she passed.

“Jordan don’t chase after her” Taishaun said.

“She is will be back” De’Marcus said.

He sighed and finished his lunch. He was mad but I don’t know why. He peeled his plantain banana and deep throated it. My temperature rose for a minute and I wanted it to my dick. We finished lunch and exited the cafeteria.

“Yo! D’Kwon we are riding out and are you in or out”

“I’m in and let’s go”

Then the twins, Tenisha and Denisha came got De’Marcus.

“Well guys I am out”

“I will holla at y’all later I got to make that money at Wendy’s”

Jordan and I got into his car and drove off to his house.
